Return/Replacement Policy
 When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. Aphrodite's Essentials is pleased to accept returns for unopened, non-personalized and non-dated items up to 14 days after you receive your order. Please submit all return requests by email to sales@aphroditesessentials.com. Items that are personalized may not be returned. Items postmarked after the event date will not be accepted for return.

You will receive a full refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Returns are also subject to a 10% return/restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded.

Personalized Items: Items that are personalized may not be returned. If the item is defective, you must report the defect within 14 days of receipt of your order. Aphrodite's Essentials will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error on the personalization that is the fault of Aphrodite's Essentials, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization information Aphrodite's Essentials received on your order, the item will not be accepted for replacement. If the item has been discontinued and cannot be replaced, a like item will be substituted.

Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product from www.aphroditesessentials.com or Aphrodite's Essentials affiliate sites that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, Aphrodite's Essentials will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge. A digital picture may be requested to validate the claim.

Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. Aphrodite's Essentials will be happy to supply any missing items if they are reported missing within 14 days of receipt. Please check your shipping confirmation email first. Some orders will ship in multiple shipments.

Non-returnable: All sales are final on the bouquet jewelry, tiaras, gloves, veils, cake toppers, purses, shoes, disposable cameras and bridal jewelry.

Non-resalable: items such as food products, apparel, and personalized items may not be returned or replaced unless defective or damaged during shipment. Disposable Cameras are not returnable. Return requests submitted after the event date will not be authorized since we cannot guarantee that the items are unused. Returned items post marked after the event date will not be accepted as returned.

Unclaimed and Refused Shipments: Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Aphrodite's Essentials will be assessed a 20% return fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the return fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the return fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Aphrodite's Essentials error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to Aphrodite's Essentials will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email only.

Unauthorized Returns:Items returned with out prior authorization by the Returns department may be subject to a 25% return fee as well as a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees for unauthorized returns are forfeit. Customers may not be contacted regarding unauthorized returns. No refund will be given until the customer contacts the Returns department. Unauthorized returns on non-returnable items may be disposed of. Aphrodite's Essentials reserves the right to deny any return.

How to Return an item
To return an item, you must contact us at sales@aphroditesessentials.com or submit our return form within 14 days of receiving your order returned in it's original product packaging. Please provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Please clearly mark this RAC number on the outside of all packages being returned. All returns must shipped to the address below. We must receive the returned item within 14 business days of issuing the RAC number. This 14 day window allows ample time for the return to arrive from anywhere in the country.

Any packages sent to Aphrodite's Essentials without the RAC number clearly marked on the package, or more than 14 days after RAC number was issued, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the sender's expense and another RAC will have to be issued. Return shipping costs are not refundable.


Cancellations, Changes or Modifications
 Please contact us right away if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. Once your order has reached our distribution center, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Product Availability / Back order?
If your order includes back ordered products, your order will ship when the items become available. In the event that half or less of the items ordered are on back order, we will ship the items that are currently in stock and the remaining items will ship separately.


Discontinued Products
Although we make every effort to keep our catalog current, a product occasionally may be discontinued without prior notice. If an ordered item was discontinued, you will be contacted with the option to exchange the discontinued product for a similar product from our store or to receive a full refund.


Charge back and Returned Checks
In the event of an invalid charge back the customer will be held responsible for the total order price plus any fees assessed by the financial institutions involved including but not limited to a $25.00 dispute fee.

Order Limitations
Aphrodite's Essentials reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Aphrodite's Essentials reserves the right to refuse to process any order or to print any copy that may be considered harassing, profane or abusive in nature.

Aphrodite's Essentials makes every effort to keep our pricing accurate. However, in the event that a product is incorrectly priced out our website, we reserve the right to cancel that order and notify customer of the correct pricing. They may then choose to place a new order at the correct price.
